They do not stand by product they sell

Worst customer service and they do not stand by the product they sell. I bought a pair of Volcom ELM bib snow pants for an exorbitant amount of $425, however needed and felt the fact that it is Goretex show it is a good product. After ONE day of snow boarding the black pants turned white in the back. I emailed then about this, and after 2 weeks they came back saying that this is not covered under warranty. If you want to ask these kind of prices, you need to own up to the fact when your product is sub standard

The worst.

Don’t even know where to begin, I ordered my clothes on the 4th January. They were trapped at the border for two weeks. They then went for a little Holiday in Oldbury where they remained before my tracking number expired. It’s nearly March and I still don’t have my items. Volcom are refusing to refund me because they said my package isn’t lost just stuck. The customer service has been horrible, I haven’t had any apologies or help. Just a weekly email saying it will be resolved in a week. Shocking.

Happy long time customer

Very good quality clothing, good support, good price-performance ratio. I use Volcom products since over 20 years and have not been disappointed so far.

Item arrived with a hole in it

Item took 11 days to arrive, and had a hole in it. Customer services are very slow to respond and have so far offered a 50% refund. I either want a wearable item or a full refund thanks! AVOID!

An absolute joke

An absolute joke. Received an email about a sale - bought some jeans and had the order cancelled without warning a day later. I had to ask customer service myself what happened. Was offered a measly 10% discount code, that didn't actually work on first try.
Ordered another size - guess what? The same thing happened. Order cancelled without any reason or justification from customer service.
At the time of writing this review, the jeans have now gone back up to full price with the out of stock versions still available to add to your basket and check out.

Late delivery and no response

Ordered 2 items and paid more for faster delivery. 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my items. DPD tracking states my delivery is expected 1 day ago. No response from customer service after sending an email. won't be ordering again.

Customer service is utterly atrocious

Customer service is utterly atrocious. Cheeky and condescending The ‘special offers’ have more get out clauses than the Tory manifest. Buy the gear by all means, but do so from local stores rather than direct from them.

Leaving this here as I see plenty of…

Leaving this here as I see plenty of cross-over traffic for .co.uk.
Ordered twice from the .co.uk and both times it arrived withing the time allotted. As they are shipping from France it took 1-2 longer but really not a big deal because I am a realistic person who appreciates things. People may do well to actually read some of the information provided by the sites they purchase from.
I think some of the people complaining have never ordered anything that was not based in U.K so they were surprised to find out it actually takes time to ship things. It is France, not India guys. Like, it is write across the way from the U.K. on the map. lol.
Try ordering from Japan or China and waiting for 6 weeks if you think a few extra days are bad.
Also, the tracking works great on there site. Never had to return anything, but I am careful about what I order when I know it is coming from another country.
Lots of entitlement with people these days but for what it is worth, Volcom makes dope apparel for people that know better. The sales make it possible to pick up some great looks at decent prices and the materials used are top-notch.
Happiness is a function of expectation. Respect the stone/

Wheres my stuff!??

Hi, I was wondering if I could get an update on my order i placed 5/3/2020? In the confirmation email it states the Face Masks would be in stock and the order would ship 5/20/2020. Now I'm seeing they're out of stock again until 6/20/2020. Please explain how it was i placed my order almost a month ago, and am now expected to wait another month? This isn't alright, not after the issues with my last order where it took almost that long to get a pair of Sandals.
I've attached the confirmation email I received 5/3/2020 and in the screenshot below you will see the Ship Date for all items is 5/20/2020.
The only reason I'm posting in the reviews area is because I don't get any correspondence from their CS email.

Still no reply...

Tried to buy a bunch of stuff (coz it was a sale!), but credit cards didn't seem to work(thankfully). Apparently the attempted transactions got flagged.
Also emailed 'customer service' twice but no reply at all...hmmmm

Lost my interest

It blows my mind that Volcom would prioritize memorial weekend traffic over a full price paying brand new customer that purchased items BEFORE memorial weekend, at full price- then to call the new customer over a week after they placed the order to tell them that they can't because they're out of inventory.
At this point I find Volcom extremely unprofessional on the business side and most likely won't be buying them going forward.
If my son does wear their product he makes them look better and I feel that he should be paid for it.
